BYC-400 Film Coating Machine

Introduction 

This machine is used to carry out film coating to the core of Chinese traditional and Western medicine tablets. It integrates strong current, weak current, hydraulic pressure and pneumatics.  It is new type equipment improved on the basic of original common type sugar coating machine.

It is mainly composed of the main engine (original sugar coating machine), the controllable normal temperature hot air system, and the spray system with automatic liquid supply and air supply. The main motor has variable frequency speed regulation. It uses the method of automatic electrical control to spray the coating liquid onto the surface of the tablet with a high atomization spray gun. The liquid is spread evenly on the core of the tablet, and there is controllable normal temperature hot air in the pot to dry the tablet at the same time, so that on the surface of the tablet appears forms quickly a firm, dense, complete and smooth film.

Main Features

The control system composed of PLC and HMI is designed reasonably with flexible programming, capable of adapting to various pharmaceutical process needs, working reliably, and performing stably, in compliance with GMP requirements.

The upper surface of the deflector is narrow, which avoids the adhesion of the dressing on its surface, saving dressing material and improving drug quality.

The rotation radius of the roller changes with pressure in real time, automatically balancing the output slurry and spraying amount, stabilizing the atomization effect, simplifying the spraying system, preventing nozzle blockage, saving dressing material, and allowing for easy cleaning without dead corners.

The spray gun designed and manufactured specifically for coating has uniform atomization, a large spraying area, and a universal adjustable nozzle that is not affected by the amount loaded; the cleaning mechanism for blocked spray guns enables continuous coating, shortens coating time, and saves coating material.
